Somatic Parts Work
for Revolutionary Self-Love
with Becca Deysach, Integrative Parts Work Practitioner
Welcome!
Our work together is founded on the premise that you are your own best healer and guide.
My role is to help you bring your own loving presence to your stuck, wounded, afraid, abandoned, ashamed, grieving, and tender parts so that they may release their burdens and shine freely.
All parts of you are welcome in our sessions—-your joy, your grief, your mess, your light. Depending on your needs and interests, our time together may look like a Somatic Parts Work session, an embodied astrology or tarot reading, a guided meditative journey, or an integration of them all.
These practices can help you heal deep wounds, uncover your essential radiance, and bask in the warmth of your own lovelight.
Over time, you may experience a re-tuned nervous system, greater emotional resilience, and an unshakeable sense of self-love.
I believe that this work is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves and the world.
Our work can take place in private sessions, workshops, and custom gatherings and rituals. Private sessions and workshops generally take place on Zoom, but if you live in Southern Oregon and would like to meet or gather in person, contact me.
About Me
I am a somatic parts-work practitioner, artist, herbalist, writer, astrologer, tarot reader, sparkle-and-shadow mirror, educator, small-business owner, ecstatic wanderer, student of love and beauty, and evolutionary human.
Why I Do This Work
I believe that we are all innately good.
I believe that we are already whole.
I believe that actually living from our wholeness requires embodied engagement with parts of ourselves that went into hiding long ago.
I believe that when we create a warm and accepting space to feel and befriend these tender parts, deep and resounding healing can occur.
I believe that as we do this work, we evolve into integrated humans who naturally relate to ourselves, one another, and the earth with love and care.
I believe that as we become more loving and embodied as individuals, we contribute to the evolution of our families, communities, and species in a way that allows us all to flourish.
I believe the time is now.
My Lens
I approach this work with deep engagement and ongoing trainings, studies, and certifications in:
Modern Attachment Theory: The role that our most formative relationships had on our developing bodies and psyches.
Shadow Work: Bringing healing to younger parts of ourselves that hid when they got the impression they weren’t lovable, and tending to the parts that developed to protect them.
Interpersonal Neurobiology + Polyvagal Theory: The impact of our relationships on our nervous systems and the power of self- and co-regulation.
Somatic IFS and Focusing: A process of engaging our pained parts with compassionate presence, somatic awareness, and the loving attunement of our essential Self.
Herbal Allies: The role that whole foods and medicinal herbs can play in our wellbeing.
