Aries New Moon Circle This Sunday
Hi loves!
I saw my very first Shooting Star and Mariposa Lily wildflowers in bloom on my walk today and my heart SANG. There’s lots of craziness in the world right now, and I’m feeling it… and there is SO MUCH BEAUTY too! It wants our attention.
If you’d like to sink into presence with a wildflower blooming inside of you, I just posted a free guided meditation on my community’s Patreon page. Enjoy!
And right in synch with the blooming all around, we have an Aries new moon this Saturday. This is also a partial solar eclipse and the last of a series of Aries eclipses over the past year and a half. We could think of it as the grand finale in a fireworks show.
What new aspects of your identity have emerged during this time? How has your sense of self evolved? In what ways have you taken initiative, demonstrated leadership, and been courageous in your actions?
This new moon is a big deal because it’s followed by Neptune’s movement into Aries the next day. Neptune has been in its watery home sign of Pisces for the past 14 years, so this shift into fiery, individuated Aries marks a huge shift for us collectively and personally.
Neptune reflects our most sacred values and ideals, and Aries is the fireball who puts them into action. So we may all find ourselves a little more fired up and motivated to translate our spiritual ideas into words, shouts, songs, art, firework displays, and actions!
And for that, we need Courage. Luckily, Aries has a lot to teach us about courage, and that’s what we’ll be focusing on this weekend.
This Sunday evening, March 30th, I’ll be hosting the first New Moon Circle in a year-long series called Soul Skills for the Love Revolution. This series emerges from my deep belief that the wellbeing of all beings is dependent on creating societal structures based on mutual care and belonging—--the active ingredients of love.
Each month, we will work with a specific “soul skill” offered by the sign of the new moon through freewriting/art-making, guided somatic meditation, tarot readings, and small group conversation. These circles are small, intimate spaces to connect with yourself and others from a heart-filled place. You can drop in any time or sign up for the whole series. I would love for you to be a part of it.
You can register on my Workshops page or reply to this email for more information.
Sending big love and spring blessings, Bex
