Integrative Sessions for Personal Evolution
Our sessions
For in-depth engagement with your evolutionary process, I offer ongoing sessionwork. In these sessions, I hold a safe, grounding, and nonjudgmental space for you to access your inherent wisdom and work with whatever is arising, no matter how awkward it may feel.
I am not afraid of your pain. I am not afraid of your joy, either. I welcome your grief, longing, love, anger, anxiety, delight, confusion, awkwardness, fear, desire, growing pains, obsessions, boundary challenges, brilliance, and imperfections of every variety. My goal is to support you in broadening your capacity to meet it all with your own compassionate presence.
Our work together begins with an in-depth tarot and/or astrology session to unpack the elements of your life that most want attention.
In following sessions, I will guide you into the wilderness of you through some combination of meditations and visualizations, freewriting, tarot, astrology, parts + shadow work, somatic practices, reflective listening, herbal allies, and other creative endeavors.
In the process, you will cultivate a safe space to relate with parts of yourself that may have been dwelling outside of your awareness for a long time. By offering your own loving presence to these exiled parts, you may relieve them of long-held burdens and release the creative energy that pulses at their core.

My lens
I approach this work with a great interest and ongoing studies in:
The role that our most formative relationships had on our developing bodies and psyches (trauma-informed attachment)
The parts of ourselves that unconsciously went into hiding when they got the impression they weren’t lovable and the parts that developed to protect them (shadow + parts work)
The impact of our relationships on our nervous systems (interpersonal neurobiology)
The profound transformations that can occur when we engage our pained parts with compassionate presence, somatic awareness, and the loving attunement of our inner wise ones (polyvagal theory, mindfulness, somatic parts work, + IFS)
The role that whole foods and medicinal herbs can play in our wellbeing (plant allies)
